My main issue with your tax software is that I use Married Filing Jointly and my income goes in very easy but there is no automatic transfer to my spouse's income information once mine is completed. I think you could do much better. I have used your software for many years and have found this problem each year..
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You can't print to PDF unless you download their version of PDF. I have a PDF Pro Program and the computer locks up when I try to print to PDF.
Pros: Easy to import documents

Nothing but issues

I am on my fourth attempt to e-file never had this issue before, plus they did not patch the program for a 7/15/2020 due date so I had to pay for an extension to file electronically. Plus it dropped data from my imported documents
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
