Like the convenience and ease of data entry. Software can import from another software. Also like that my grandsons can also do their IRS returns with my purchase.

Tried this at a significant other's urging after using a local CPA for years and will never make that mistake again. Can't ask questions throughout with someone that knows you and your history...it's a tedious process that's much slower than asking questions in person. There are many points where the software asks about obscure items but does so in a matter-of-fact way (like, input your income from milking ferrets), instead of a simple, guided process using questions to determine if you need to figure out income from milking ferrets. Spent a lot of time dealing with stuff not relevant to me with dated user interface and without any way to know exactly what info was needed up front.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
