I have used this software for quite a few years now and have not had any problems. Easy to use.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I am retired and as a result I don't have an employer ID number to enter into HRblock software 2019. When I go to file electronically, the software tells me I am missing my EID along with all other employer information. I now have no other choice but to print on paper and submit via mail. This is not what I paid for!!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
