Questions easy to understand and help feature is great.
I have used Turbo Tax since 1999 when a co-worker suggested it to me. I've used it every year since then. It is very easy to use and alot cheaper than going to someone to have them done. I would highly recommend this product.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I moved over from TurboTax since they were upgrading to a new Mac OS each year. Thus I tried H& R block . I found it less expensive, straight forward to use, easy to navigate and simple to submit,

Great Fed Software, Wisconsin State Not So Great

I've always found the Federal interview to be straightforward and complete, but HRB seems to have paid little attention to the Wisconsin state forms. I understand that it's got to be a pain to have to deal with 50 different sets of state laws, but if you don't want to do ours well, you should not be selling a Wisconsin state program. To be fair, what you have probably works for most people with simple returns, but you suggest that you're offering more than a minimal approach.
OTOH, it used to be worse; I've seen improvements over the past few years.
