I have used HR Block software for many years and have always been extremely happy. I have never had a real problem in understanding or using this software. I am especially impressed just how easy the E-File is to use.

It does not import your investment data correctly from some of the institutions. It gives you a very small warning that I ignored about some errors, which cost me a lot of money.

Don’t buy this. The software missed a mistake until after it prompted me to file. Then my return was rejected twice. Now I have to print and file by mail.

Fairly easy to follow. Doesn't print as easily as I would like nor does it save to pdf as easily as I like. I would also prefer an easier way to see all content without having to select different modes and then select different selectors within those modes. The user interface is clunky at best. But, the software does a good job calculating and figuring taxes, which is what it is meant to do.

The state filing instructions say to print out a 'Schedule 1' and attach to the rest of the forms. There is no Schedule 1 in the list of forms. I stumbled upon it by accident and found it was one of several forms in a group. Just a little irritating when you procrastinate and then are trying to file by the deadline.
