It makes sure that I am reminded to report all activities. The tax code is too complicated for people with dependents, a mortgage, and other reasons to be done alone. I like how it pointed out danger spots based on how I filed last year and common areas in general,

I decided to use the H &R product this year after many years of Turbo Tax. Never again. The program was terrible. It was hard to use and not user friendly.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was my first experience with using the software. As a tech compromised senior citizen I found it harder that I anticipated. I signed up for the Live Chat and found it most helpful. All of the experts were patient and kind as well as well informed.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
