When your early March update functionally breaks the product and doesn't allow you to even open the return, you fix it immediately, not tell your customers to wait for an update two weeks away. Also was unable to file the return for awhile, it makes me wonder about quality control and testing prior to release. It's really slipped this year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I always buy it early and get started as soon as it comes out. I gather all the information it ask for and before you know it I am done! If I want to go back an review it - it is all there at my fingertips. Including previous years!
