Can’t file return without updating software

Normally that wouldn’t be a problem except that you have to uninstall the software then reinstall it. I my case the reinstallation was a mess m. The file was corrupted requiring a repair which was successful. Many customers would not be able to do all that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Software is kinda okay, but if you reach a dead end like I did, there is poor support. The Help function is shallow, and my Live Chat was with a computer. Think I’ll try something else next year.
