Not a good year. '18 data did not load correctly and when I called Block the advisor got the data correct for the one item, unfortuantly all other data for '18 was lost. Lots to reenter.

Things went along okay, until the end. I had trouble sending my return to the IRS. I had trouble last year also, at the same point. It made me enter my credit card info twice, and then tried to charge my account 2x.
