The software has worked well in previous years, but was buggy this year. I had to manually override a field because it refused to update an entry for 2019 state taxes paid, allocating them to 2019 instead. It also gave inconsistent results for IRA contributions, varying the taxes owed by thousands.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well, we have only used this product for 20 years, but up to this date it has been easy to find (Block mails it to our house about three times each year!), easy to load and easy to operate. So far we haven't found a single thing to complain about. Absolutely FLAWLESS.

I approached this with some trepidation,as I've always had my taxes "done" by a pro, but it was really quite easy, once I got my papers in order. I'm retired now so it took me about 2 1/2 hours. I'll certainly use it again next year.
