I have used the software package in the past and have not been disappointed. The current version was easy to install, and consistent in it's useage. Did not run into any problems, despite the complexity of my return. ( A Schedule D with attached forms, Carry-over Losses, and Partnership Income -- about 20 pages of Forms and Schedules ).
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I love this program. It is easy to use and you can get help if you need it. But it is so simple I have never had to ask for help and I have been using it for about 5 or 6 years now without any problems.

I have used HR Block tad software (formerly TaxCut PC) for over 30 years and have always been pleased with it. This year I had difficulty with a short-term rental entry, but after spending about 1 1/2 hours chatting on line, we were able to resolve the issue. I will continue to use this software.
