I am a regular user of H&R block products. The software is user friendly. This year there were major issues with installing updates, which prompted me to seek help. The self help online was useless, I had to call and speak with live agent.

HRB Deluxe provided everything I needed to complete my 2019 tax submission. Starting from last year’s filing with HRBDlx, much of what I needed was already in place. It was simple to update with this year’s figures. The interview seemed fairly complete. And with the included state, even that was easy.
This program works nicely if your filing is not overly complicated such as basic info and some investments, where you wouldn’t qualify for the EZ form.

Great software to use for taxes. They are getting better in getting financial institutions and employers to import data. It cut my time to run through my taxes for federal and state. I pretty much didn't have to enter much. Just checked.
