Disappointed that I had to pay more to add one state than I paid for the initial purchase. Then I couldn’t file electronically for the state that was included with initial purchase because I was married in 2019 and my wife lived part of the year in a different state (married filing jointly). It also seemed to take as long as it has in the past when I prepared my return on my own using the 1040 instructions. Instead of 5 free federal e-filings it should offer 5 free e-filings of choice to cover federal and state for the year.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using this software for many years now and I love it! I use the Deluxe version and it handles all my stock trades, including my employer plans. Especially these last two years with the tax changes, I feel confident that I'm getting the best refund or smallest payment without me having to read through pages and pages of IRS documents.
