The h&r block software is easy to use easy to understand I would recommend their software to everybody I've tried TurboTax and I wasn't satisfied at all with it

Everything I am looking for in a do it yourself tax program. I would give it 5 stars except, like everyone else these days , they are, throughout the tax preparation process, trying to get you to upgrade / purchase a more expensive version. That said I have used them for years and like the ease of entering information, the speed with which I can do my taxes, and of course their audit protection (although I have never been audited it's nice to know it is there)
