Interviews don't always make it clear what documentation is needed. The output for review cuts off text and would be really nice to be able to redact SSN and birthdate for my file copy. The accuracy review was not real helpful either, flagged something to check one time, then another session with no changes on my part didn't flag those items. I hope my return is accurate, but I don't have a lot of confidence.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Electronic filing was denied because AGI didn't agree, so I had to mail forms which cost extra. Also printed version had my phone number wrong.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An update glitch on 4/12 seemed to irreversibly double my withholding amount, causing a huge error in my return. Deleted the original input, but the error remained, making the final numbers “accurate”. Crazy. Thankfully, I noticed and was able to sort it out before submitting a bogus return
