I’ve been using this software for over 20 yrs. Even though the owner of the software and name has changed over the years, it has always been very easy to use, extremely accurate and has the full backing of H&R Block, a long established tax accounting firm.
Mostly good. Easy to use, leads you through the steps. Corrections at end are hard to understand and correct. I own a small business. Every year it forces me to enter too much business data. Then it recommends that I use standard deduction. Why can't I just enter the income data, then select standard deduction? This should be fixed!
I purchased Fed + MI state tax with HRB, The only way I buy software is old school Price Performance. My opinion is for most of us, HRB has been the winner in this category for many years. I am a very experienced computer user; however, I feel the software is appropriate for most of us.
