Called to help line 4 times plus used chat online once. They were unfamiliar with software on Mac and put me on hold a long time while they tried to find help. I have used your software for 4 years and will not use again as it took way to long to complete. A rep had me put the program on mac application instead as a download so had mega problems getting it up and online. I had to use another tax accountant help me since your reps could not.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not include Arizona Form 352, which we needed for accurate state tax calculation. The federal portion of the program works fine. This was true for 2018 as well. Why was this not corrected?
Pros: Easy to prepare

I like everything about the program except the "issue review" section at the end of the program. When the program finds an "issue" that needs review it brings one to the actual tax form. This can be very confusing. It would be much better if it brought me back to the dialog section with the questions and answers that I filled out.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Least expensive/Pretty Good Program. My 2 main complaints are: 1) Doesn't transfer all info from previous year. 2) Second year I have had trouble updating it through the program. Had to go to website each time. This was not a problem in the past
