I Hate Taxes but I Love H&R Block Tax Software!

I've been using H&R Block Tax Software since 2011 and have never had any problems with it! It's always been very helpful for getting all my tax related information organized and it's very easy to use.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Your representative who helped me get my State return sent was excellent. He was kind to a hard-of-hearing Senior and he really knew what he was doing.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Mostly good but I had a K-1 and things didn't match up when I tried inputting the amounts. I did the best I could so I hope I don't get audited from a mistake that may have very little impact on the return.

some blocks/forms were automatically checked that did not apply and I could not change. Filed federal taxes and had to pay in over $3000. Filed state taxes and half way through it changed over to the federal form? Some information did not show up on final return and I expect to be audited. Used H&R bock several years but this year was extremely disappointing.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
