Have used H and R Block programs for years. This years was confusing and had trouble with sending it. It was very disappointing.

I've been using some version of this product since it first appeared on the market back in the 90s.
The interview process it uses to lead the filer through the process is GREAT!

I have used HR Block for my personal taxes for three years. I switched from Turbo Tax because they priced themselves out of my market. The first two years with HR I had problems with the software and with transmitting the completed returns. This year, thankfully, everything went well and I had a good experience.

I have now been using this product for more than a decade. I do my taxes, all three of my children’s taxes, and my in-law’s taxes. That uses up all of my free e-files. A couple of times I have helped other friends and neighbors and they either mail them or pay for the e-file. For several years, the program could not handle the special circumstances of Housing Allowance for ministers, so we had to mail our taxes. However, for the last two years, we have been able to e-file. THANK YOU so much for figuring out how to include that in your program!
