Been using H&R Block for over 20 years. The Interview style is easy to work with and it fills in all the neccessary forms based on your answers. You can print and mail your returns or do electronic transfers for up to 5 returns.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Excellent product; no processing issues encountered. One suggestion might be to have the product tell you what State returns are needed based on W2 data and residency. I wasn't sure I needed to file an out of state return. Just have the product tell you what states are necessary.

Very user friendly and comprehensive. I've used this tax program since it's introduction several years ago.
Takes care of rental properties and investments as well as the every day items. Being able to download all stock broker transactions into the program saves hours. Buy it!!
