Very easy to use! You just respond to the easy to understand questions and enter the information requested. Practically foolproof but if you get stumped, professional help is just a click or phone call away. I initially tried it because it was from a name I knew and trusted. I continue getting it for its ease of use and accuracy.

In general once you start using any tax software it makes sense to stay with it. I used H&R BLOCK software back when it was TaxCut. I like it and find it’s easy to use.

Really, it's a lot like working with a tax preparer in person as you go through an interview, with explanations available for topics that you are unfamiliar with.

It wasnt as easy to us as prior years. For example it asked about disabilities and then said we will come back to it later but t never did. Also there used to be a tax calculation but I could not find it now. I had AGI and then the amount of tax. But I wanted to determine how this tax number was derived.

The fact that my return has been denied five times, due to my wife’s name and social security number do not match your records... No one to visit with to correct this problem. Very disappointing!

I bought it and was happy with the program for the most part. Had a problem and the tax help was really not any help and had to figure it out myself Also did not get the 5 free federal e-file returns. On the last return I was charged for my federal e-file and was not happy
