I purchased this product because of the price. The process of completing and filing the Federal form was easy. However, I was surprised that I would be charged if I wanted to file my state form. That was disappointing and should be made clear before you buy it (or at least explain if there is a reason the state form can be completed for free but will cost you if you want the program to file it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I have used H&R Block tax preparation software for 13 years and have been consistently pleased with the results and the ease of use. I appreciate access to a tax consultant if needed and the calculator for charitable donations worked well for me until tax reform was implemented.
