Item 1 - The font size is almost unreadable and is not scalable
Item 2 - I was not able to input or import the Form 8606 line 6 - I had to over ride with the value in order to correctly file.
Item 3 - It does not handle K1s very well, even when imported from financial institutions.

Every year I use the Deluxe version to report income, report interest and dividends, and to file for a small cottage style home business..The informateach year builds on the filing from the prior year. This years software was even easier than last year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I bought this software in January of this year from a military exchange and when I installed the disk the instructions were directed to a website and download the program. I did and it would not download. I called customer service and directed me to a higher level to get a free download, I did that and entered the activation code. When I tried to submit my return it would not accept the code, so I called customer service and explained difficulty and they gave me a new activation code and my return was accepted. I have used this software for years, this is my first problem.

Glad I tried H&R Block Deluxe 2019 for my tax prep this year - seems more full featured, more user friendly than Ta*A*t which I used for 5 years or so. E-filing was walk thru easy too! I plan to have H&R Block be my 'go to' software from now on.
