Finished my for 2019!! - H&R Block software helped make it possible. It had all the scheduled needed to address my tax complexities and made it easy to set up for filing my state return too.

I have little idea about doing tax, the software have many and many tool tips that clarifies things for me. Although it still takes time to gather all the information. Doing the tax isn't that hard.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have used HR Block software for many years to prepare my own taxes as well as the taxes for my parents and my daughter. Previous years data is copied into current year tax forms for you which really simplifies the process. Help is available for almost every line on the tax form.
