Easy to use. Very user friendly. Even had to do an amendment and H&R guided me every step of the way. Used deluxe since 2014 and I haven't gone back to the others.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
