They are getting better at importing data from major financial institutions. Used to take me 3 hours. Now it takes about an hour and half.

One important improvement is highlighting lines/boxes of problems found during checking. Now when sent to a specific page it is sometimes difficult to find the problem area.

H&R Block is supposed to be one of the best tax software options, but they cant even support e-file for the state of Mississippi.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

I've been using H&R Block tax software for twenty years+ and I wouldn't think of changing. I tried other tax software from several well know companies and found they weren't as intuitive, or as easy to use. It a great program at a great price, makes electronic filing a breeze, and I have never had an issue they couldn't resolve. Thank you H&R Block for a great experience.
