High cost compared to using a Block store to file.

Your deluxe version is great. However, it can get expensive.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

I was able to complete the process and was happy with that until I got to the end and I couldn't print it. Also the state wanted a printed copy because my husband died last year and I haven't been able to print that one either. Please help.

It is a great program which handles investments without requiring upgrade to the professional version like some other program. I did not give it 5 stars since it did not handle the 1099-Q forms leaving me to guess at what to do.
Pros: Easy to prepare

The H&R software is very easy to use if you have a simple return. I gather all my tax info as it arrives in the mail and when I have everything I sit down and complete my return. I completed my return very quickly and electronically transmitted it to the IRS. Easy process. I recommend the software to family and friends.

You need to improve your programming for the K1 tax form. Too many questions still arise during my desktop entering of data.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

I wish I could efile

I have a pension from the UK and it does not have a Federal ID# therefore I am not allowed to efile. I wish that this software would provide a way to efile this information that would be accepted by the IRS. I have tried faking an ID# but although accepted by HR Block was rejected by the IRS. Also can't file my state unless my Fed efile is accepted first.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I can't believe that downloading the software later constitutes an upsell opportunity and that the system didn't hold my license with my logon. I found the license and the software on my system and in my email, but just getting the software to run when I wanted to use it and getting through the licensing maze was harder than actually doing the taxes... :(
