Generally good - I’ve used it for years.

Technical problems caused a reload to a different computer. I was cutoff four times before getting a very helpful person. The help menu often doesn’t get me to an answer I’m looking for.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I have always used HR Block Tax software --For over 20 years (yes, even back when it was 'Kiplingers', etc.). Therefore, I am fairly biased and even though I have never used Turbo Tax etc. I still feel that HR is the best. It is simple, accurate and comprehensive. I have already recommended it to many others over the years.

I've used it for my tax returns, and my extended family for over 10 years. Never had a problem with it and am confident that I've received the maximum back.

I could not figure out how to do non-resident income. I have used your software to do this many many years and this year it does not seem to work. We have non-resident income from Iowa and we live in Minnesota

Software is very detailed. Only draw back is it doesn't let you e-file if you do not have figures input in the system where it is blank on W2.
