I like that investment data can be downloaded from many sources, information is clearly presented through the interview, and a help line and chat are available. Could you work on importing data for the Foreign Tax Income Form 1116? The form is more difficult than it needs to be for the taxes that are only on dividend earnings.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Very little access to relevant info from within the app. Much screen space is wasted, leaving font very small and non-adjustable. On the other hand, Federal e-file is very well handled.

Mostly good product but the help feature and the federal Review (55 downloaded data from one outside source that needed to be resolved before filing) was not intuitive and difficult to navigate. Never had to review downloaded data before.
