I bought this a month ago and do not like it at all .
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It would be 5 stars if the software allowed you to click on a number and find out its components--what numbers added up to the amount shown.

Every thing fine until you didn’t even recognize a rejection code. Had to figure it out myself. Help center is NO HELP
