Use it every year, usually a great program. But this year a lot of updates had to wait in order to file my taxes. My tax that I almost finished just locked up because the update wasn't coming until March 23, 2020. And when it did unlock my taxes that I was almost done with all my information was gone & had to start all over again?
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
