Very good as usual

I've used your product for years and have always been pleased. This year I had some difficulty with the updates. I called your call center in Florida and opted for the review after the call, but your telephone review software failed. The young man who helped me between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm March 28 was outstanding - Patient, knowledgeable, courteous!
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Caused me a weeks delay

The return warnings at the end almost cost me about $300 in taxes. I had a $700 loss that the check system questioned had me report as income. I needed three days of research to find out I was right and the program was wrong.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

Duplicate efiling charges by the system

I never had problems with the HR block software, but this year, it occurred me that I everytime I efiled I was charged twice into my used debit card for the same tax
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

It says I can use any five digit code. But the IRS keeps rejecting it and the software tells me I am using the wrong code!
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
