I used the H&R Block Deluxe software on 3/17/20 & my refund is in my bank account already!! I'm thankful to H&R Block and to the IRS for electronically processing my return especially in the difficult times we are ALL experiencing with Covid-19!---very thankful!
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Refer: Ohio State sheet/page "Your business sources" The page seemed to be requesting data for business name, FEIN/1099 and percentage with one column of data boxes that would not accept numbers or letters. Finding help for this page seemed too difficult. Not supplying this data prevented emailing the Ohio return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was not as easy as the last 3 years. Did not print my state 1040-es forms also.

Most difficult I have worked with

I have used HR Block for many years. Had another done by a consultant. He itemized and had business expenses. None of those were deductible. I could get to the area to make sure they were deleted so then I had issues and had to delete parts thru that area. I felt very uncertain about submitting the return.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
