Federal program worked like in past years (I've been using it for a number of years). State program didn't work. Came up with me owing over $6k more than I did. I couldn't figure out how to fix the glitch (despite having entered what I'd paid, the program wouldn't give me credit for it), so I wound up not using it and doing it manually. Had to also check my federal tax by hand since the problems with the state program made me question whether the federal might also have glitches
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent software that is easy to follow. Suggest early warning to write down submitting code when downloading online. I discarded email after download so had trouble two months later finding it so I could file it.
Cost is fair, less than Turbo Tax, and works just as good!
