I found it easy this year to file with H&R Block this year BUT I would ask for a list up front to gather documents prior going through the various sections.

I wanted to save a copy of my state return to a thumb drive but the system wanted to save the federal return. Not sure what I should have done to accomplish that.

I have been using the H&R Block software for more than 10 years to my full satisfaction. The only complaint I have this year is, that in the accuracy check the checkmark for crytocurrency was flagged but not highlighted. It took me a while to figure out why the return would.not pass.

Works well. Not hard to use. Only annoyance is trying to print pdf return. Have to install special pdf program, which then overrode the preferred pdf program I use for all other pdf applications. Had to uninstall this pdf program after printing pdf return in order to use the preferred pdf program.

As I was entering my income I ran into some issues. Apparently, I could enter to income items before it would kick me out and would not let me re-open my return. I had to wait till the March 23rd update to continue to complete my return. This was very frustrating as I already usually have to wait till after March 15th because I get K-1's. I have used for years and This is the first time I have had this happen. Please make sure this is fixed for next year or I may have to switch products to complete my return. This is the best product in my opinion and would like to continue to use this software. Time for me is very important and I usually can not wait to complete.

I have used the H&R Block program for many years and keep coming back to it. This program is very user friendly and easy to follow. It is very good at giving you ways to see if you need to complete certain sections or not. The cost is also a big plus.
