Product is very Useful. I use it every year. It is fast and easy to use. EXCEPT, I don't believe that someone who purchases this software,should ever have to PURCHASE a service, (TAX PRO CHAT) to simply ask a tax relevant question. The question was NOT in the help section. The support they mention is for software support, NOT tax support.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Any other year yes. But this year I can't get the software to print my return. It prints one worksheet but leaves info off of some of the pages. I hope it was filed ok. I tried to uninstall the software and reinstall it. It helped some, but things are still missing. May go back to Turbo Tax next year.

Software was not handing an excessive HSA contribution correctly. Used software to determine IRA contributions. Executed these transactions and then software corrected itself and now I missed about $300 in tax credits due to software not properly handing the situation the first time.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

The program is easy to use and walks you through complicated sections. They have questions you may have in each section to help you decide on a tax strategy. They could have a little more info on definitions of deductions. Sometimes you’re not sure if you are allowed to make a certain deduction. Examples and clarifications would be nice.
