Made mistakes

Imported PDF version of W2 and software made mistakes. Messed oup the contents of 12 series of boxes and 14. Good thing I caught. Import of prior year TurboTax refund was incomplete and I had to go hunt 2018 data. Usability is a bit clunky too, especially around medical. There's a reason it's lower cost. Double check everything that you don't hand enter.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needs Work

I've used this software for 10 years and have never been fully comfortable with it when I added K-1's. This year with the added QBI deduction I became totally unsure of it when it locked up as I tried to work on it. Even though you had a fix for that on 3/24, I found the software needs more work. As I added a Loss, it changed the loss to gain and tried to deduct it. I researched the IRS and found it should never have been used unless I had a gain to offset. I may try Turbo Tax next year.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
