I've used H&R Block for years since it was called TaxCut. It has always been able to accommodate my tax requirements. And I plan to continue using this software. They were a little slow to be able to import 1099s. But they are able to do that now for my broker.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Been using H&R Block for 15 years and like the ease of use including the electronic filing. A bit expensive, but then you have to pay for what you get.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I used H&R Block software for the first time for my 2016 tax returns. Before 2016 I used fillable PDF tax forms and my own Excel spreadsheets. So my 2019 returns are the 4th year in a row. Intuitive, easy to navigate, or jump to certain sections. I love the occasional MS-DOS feel & look of it. It gives me confidence. Very solid results, both Federal and State accepted my returns right away.
