I have used the Federal program for years, it's a good program. I broke down and paid the extra $5 or $10 to get the state edition. I have used the state of Kansas on-line program for years since it is pretty easy. When I was getting ready to e-file the state return on the H&R program, I was surprised that they wanted an additional $20 to e-file the state return. This was not disclosed on the advertising or anywhere else until you are ready to file the state return. I may look around for a different program next year

Long time user but this year had many problems using it this year. Correction were difficult to make and would not be allowed by the program. Could not find my state to buy and it would not file even though it past the accuracy review.

Great program but I feel miscommunication on the program. It doesn’t say if you e-file state you need to pay. It states you get 1 state tax filed on deluxe program. That was miss leading
