I have used HR for years.
It could still be better:
1) better drop down guidance
2) much wider range of answers for questions asked

When you send the final return to the IRS and they reject the return, you end up having to pay twice for the state.

Was not easy to use. Lack of integrity ie a selection did not always bring up the correct form.
Another example is that the submit button did not work or the form failed to indicate that the submit was successful. Tax prep is a stressful time and these kinds of problems are enough to double the stress load of preparing tax returns. Now I have read the small print at the bottom of this form that's insane! Good luck for you next year product sales. OH! this form. I read as copy to this form or the form that I was currently using. This wording for, submitting the review was okay but you must be prepared to deal with people who scan the wording quickly and come up with answer. Why not make your software understandable to the readers digest people also.
