Had all kinds of issues with the software this year, Still having issues, but did manage to get my taxes filed. I hope they are correct given all the trouble I had. I did have some great help from H&R's representatives, However the wait time to get to someone and wading through the menu system was a nightmare.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I thought I could definitely efiile but was surprised when even though I had all the things I needed it was rejected and I was to pay for state
