prefer turbotax, only used this software for the price and availability. wasn't too impressed probably go back to turbotax next tax time

H&R Block Deluxe software not working correctly

I purchased H&R Block deluxe and I didn't get confirmation that my taxes were accepted until the next day. I cannot even locate my tax forms when I open my H&R Block software even though I saved them at the end of the program when prompted. My brothers tax forms are there but mine are not

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
