This is very intuitive and easy to use, and if you use it next year you can import your previous years tax file to auto fill in a ton of the forms which makes it even easier. Get it, then get it next year, you’ll be happy.

Wonderful telephone help

I was receiving errors on my Federal return. I was unable to find what I had entered incorrectly and unable to delete the Schedule "C" forms, which were causing the error. I call the help desk. I was on hold for a reasonable amount of time. The help desk was able to fix my problem as soon as I had uploaded my return to the help desk. They walked me through correcting my error. Once I had upload my return, and they had reviewed it, it took less than a minute for they to help me fix my error.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

The state return did not import current data, and was, therefore, inaccurate. The federal, which did not import data but was based on my data entry, was (I hope) accurate.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
