I have used H&R Block for years. it is great. I have little or no trouble following each step. The verification at the end erases all possibility of mistakes.

I have been using H&R Block software for a number of years. I find it easy to use with its question and response format. It is a timesaver and gives me confidence that my return is compliant with the tax codes. I bought this before the deadline and it was fortunate that I did. Under the State return I discovered an error on one of the forms and had to notify the main office. Fortunately, since I was sending the printed forms, I could make the correction and not have to wait for the main office to make the correction to the program, but it will help others.

Cons: Hard to import documents
