Difficult to size on computer screen, Causes navigation problems if you have wrong display size. Asks too many stupid questions that you have to answer yes or no to proceed. Not everyone is ignorant of tax law.

I have been using H&R Block Tax software for almost 20 years. There has never been a problem with any return. The software is easy to use, thorough, and always up to date. I would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that I have to pay to file my state return.

I've used the product for years. Software incorrectly inputted or calculated in 2015. After IRS bill for back taxes, interest, & penalty, all H&R Block would do was give me free software for the next year. I provided them with full information. Their software automatically transferred he information from federal to state and caused the problem. I did nothing wrong. They should have paid the interest/penalty.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

I never thought I could find it a 'piece of cake'. Glad I abandoned TurboTax, as your program still runs on my I-Mac without requiring a new computer.
