It was a straight forward process if you have questions &/or need help it is available. One thing they could work on is if you need to go back you click on the back option however if you want to go straight to finish you have to go through each section again instead of going to the end and that was a little annoying. Overall it got the job done and at an affordable price.

Bought it cause it said it came with 1 free state but I ended up paying $20 for filing my state taxes through this software. The interface feels much older and clunky. While there were some side comments to help understand technical tax jargon, it failed to explain some definitions, which made me unsure if I was filing properly. Would not recommend.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Believe me, math has never been my favorite subject. I hated it all the way through school, and I dreaded the day when I would have to do my income tax. I discovered H & R Block software a long time ago and have been using it every year since. I wouldn't think of trying someone else. There are no surprises with you! I am 100% satisfied and will continue using your software in the future!

The software worked good except for working through the K1 Partnership section. It did not recognize that code "I" was a valid code for Box 13 which stands for Royalty deductions. The software kept erring on check at the end because of this.
