I've been using this software for over a decade (since back when it was called TaxCut), and have always had great results with little difficulty. The program is easy-to-use and guides you through a series of questions to maximize your return or make sure you aren't paying more than you need to. Great online resources and they even have real, live people who will answer your call if you have any questions or if you have any technical difficulties.

I have been using H&R Block software for years - much prefer over TurboTax. It's very easy to use and has all of the features I need. I filed Federal online, cost of which was included in the product, and it was accepted almost immediately. I will be mailing in my state return since for that there is a charge associated with filing online.
