The software has problems filing Federal and state electronically. Afterward, filed federal successfully by itself but filing state electronically still unresolved. Might need to print and mail instead. Not ideal.

I've used H&R Block for years. It makes doing my taxes relatively painless. This year I had trouble finding where to enter a particular form. This program made it easy to chat online with a representative who guided me right to the form I was looking for. I have no complaints about the program whatsoever and intend to use it again next year.
