A few glitches

Text in displays is too small. It would be nice to be able to attach notes to displays, like Post-It notes
Error message popup while reading help "Microsof Visual C++ Runtime Library" "R6031 Attempt to initialize the CRT more than once. This indicates a bug in your application."
Print dialog box cuts text, needs to be bigger.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

WORKS GREAT EVERY YEAR

I was a Turbo Tax guy for several years and switched in 2017 to H&R and like it much better.
Would have given 5 stars but some input pages are confusing like on the Ohio State Return - Unreimbursed Medical and Dental Expenses. It states to "Tell us about your out-of-pocket medical and dental expenses other than insurance premiums." but then it says to include "Health insurance premiums paid with after-tax income". Either such premiums are to be included or not.
This is a great product. That being said after I imported my 1099 R's, it failed to catch an error and wouldn't efile my state return. After some further error checking, it finally told me that my state needed to be identified on my imported 1099 R. The 1099 R did not have the state Identified since I didn't withhold any state tax. I filled in the state abbreviation, and I was able to efile was state return.
I like that after importing information from prior year my personal info is complete and reviewable. My prior years list of W2s and 1099 as check list helping to not miss anything. I never have enough deductions to top standard deduction so always irritated I don't have option to skip interview, pretty annoying to dig out records, input data to find what I already know. But only once a year, guse we have government to thank for that.
