What does "review title" mean?

I had a very difficult time finding how to electronically file my federal form. Then how to file my state by print/mail also bounced me around. It didn't pop up straight away as in previous years.

Trying to fix items in the Accuracy is dangerous. Really messed up my return. Next year it's Turbo-tax

Software was not clear during process, therefore I do NOT trust its answer for my taxes that I owe. I went from $4200 to over $9000 with NO explanation! That is NOT acceptable.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
